Stephanie is a Reiki Practitioner, Field Mirror, Ultrarunner, Djembe Drummer, animal lover, and passionate about personal inner self-work.

She is currently taking courses to become a certified Ho’oponopono Practitioner and using tuning forks to practice Biofield tuning. So she can integrate these tools into her Reiki practice.

Being a field-mirror means she is a wayshower for many. Wayshowers often have a strong sense of purpose and a desire to serve humanity, acting as beacons of light and hope. She is here to experience life in many forms using her emotions, ideas, and passions. She believes we are all ripple effects to the bigger aspect of this world, galaxy, and the universe. She understands to help heal the world is by healing and shedding layers of herself, she is not here to teach, lead, or tell others what to do, instead her purpose is to see the light in all beings, She is here to Mirror and live through integrity, singing her light as a beacon of hope. Being this example helps to spread peace and unconditional love, because of the natural connection of the collective consciousness. She believes we can become aware of our true essence and recognize sovereignty through remembering our own inner light. The world we choose to live in is a mirror of ourselves.
