Overview
I offer sessions using Reiki, tuning forks (sound/vibration), and Hoʻoponopono (a Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and release). Sessions are gentle, non‑invasive, consent‑led. I do not fix or diagnose conditions.
How a Session Flows
1) Arrival & intention (5 min)
We settle, review consent (touch/no‑touch), and name a simple intention (e.g., “more ease,” “release heaviness”).
2) Rest & attunement (40–45 min)
You relax on a table (fully clothed). I work quietly with hands‑on (light touch) or hands‑off, tuning forks on/near the body, and Hoʻoponopono woven aloud or silently.
3) Integration (5–10 min)
We ground, sip water, and notice what shifted. I may offer simple take‑home practices (breath, journaling, or aftercare).
(Distance sessions follow the same flow while you rest at home.)
FAQs
Do you send energy to me?
No. I do not send energy. I attune to a shared, timeless field and hold a clear mirror so your system can receive what it’s ready to receive—from within.
What if I don’t feel anything?
Completely okay. Sensations vary. Look for subtle shifts later: easier breath, better sleep, softened reactivity, clarity.
Is touch required?
No. Sessions can be fully hands‑off. You choose and can change your preference anytime.
Are tuning forks safe?
Yes, they’re used gently on/near the body. Let me know about sound sensitivity, metal implants, or recent injuries so we can adapt.
What is Hoʻoponopono and how is it used?
It’s a compassionate practice of forgiveness and release. I weave it quietly to help dissolve emotional charge—always with respect for your beliefs and boundaries.
How many sessions should I book?
Everyone’s different. Many begin with 1-2 sessions over 2–4 weeks, then reassess.
Can I combine this with therapy or medication?
Yes. Please continue to follow your licensed provider’s guidance. This work can support integration and nervous‑system calm.
What about distance sessions—do they work?
Yes. Consciousness is non‑local. We meet at a set time; you rest in a quiet space while I hold the mirror field. After, I’ll share brief notes or invite you to journal.
What should I wear/bring?
Comfortable clothes, a light meal in your system, and any question or intention you’d like to explore. I provide blankets, a safe space, and water.
What if emotions come up?
We slow down, ground, and support safe release. You remain in choice at all times.
Do you work with animals?
Yes—Animal Reiki is available (in‑person). Sessions follow your pet’s comfort and may be shorter.
Cancellation & late arrivals?
Please see the Terms & Conditions page for current policies.
