This session is an energetic attunement using gentle touch. Stephanie holds coherent space, opens channels, and guides the individual to access their innate ability to ‘unstuck’ their energy, so the individual allows the natural energy to flow through their channels to promote self-healing. This practice enables pain relief, improved sleep, enhanced intuition and clarity, helps with relaxation, and stress reduction, speeds up physical healing processes, energy balance, and emotional healing.
60 min Long distance Reiki Attunement (virtual)

Long distance Reiki offers the same benefits as much as an in-person reiki attunement. A key advantage is the accessibility, allowing healing energy regardless of location or physical limitations.
Consciousness is not limited by location. When we tune in with intention and stillness, energy flows through the collective field.
During a distance session, I hold your energetic signature in a coherent mirror. Your field receives what it is ready for.

30 min Reiki Pet Attunement
This option is beneficial for pets that have an illness, are recovering from an injury or surgery by helping to reduce inflammation, a pet who suffers from a chronic condition to help manage symptoms and improve quality of life, and aging.
In these sessions, I hold a quiet, stable energetic field that invites the animal to settle, self-regulate, and return to harmony. There is no force, no touch unless welcomed. Just presence. Just reflection."
Animals are naturally receptive to energetic balance. Reiki is non-verbal and communicates through presence. Sessions are adapted to the animal’s comfort level.
